Mein drittes Mandala für die Wanddeko. Die Anleitung zu diesem Dahlia-Mandala gab's gestern frisch von zootyowlcards. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Und so sieht's an der Wand aus (immernoch etwas leer, ich denke, ich werde noch eines brauchen, in den gleichen Farben wie das Starflower-Mandala) - Bild ist leider sehr schlecht belichtet...:

Nr. 1: weiß nicht mehr genau woher..., aber definitiv abgewandelt (don't know where i've got the pattern from... but i modified it anyway)

Nr. 4: Puff Stitch Flower von Mamachee

Nr. 5: silly old suitcase

Nr. 6: Herz nach eigener Mache (3 Luftmaschen zum Ring schließen, in den Ring 3 Luftmaschen, 3 doppelte Stäbchen, 3 Stäbchen, 2 Luftmaschen, 3 Stäbchen, 3 doppelte Stäbchen, 3 Luftmaschen, mit Kettmasche in den Ring schließen. 2 Runde: feste Maschen herum gehäkelt und irgendwie geschlossen... :-))

Made my own heart here: chain 3, close to form a ring, crochet these stitches into the ring: chain 3, 3 treble, 3 double crochet, chain 2, 3 double crochet, 3 treble, chain 3 and close somehow with a slip stitch in the center of the ring. 2nd round: single crochet around the edge.

Für eine coole junge Dame ein cooles Neon-Armband aus Mini-Grannys...

Und hier ist es: mein zweites Starflower Mandala (Pattern von Zootyowl)! Ich liebe es! Es wird das größte Stück meiner dreiteiligen Wanddeko für das Wohnzimmer sein. Das zweite Stück ist das Rainbow Mandala von meinem vorherigen Beitrag. Das dritte folgt noch.

And here it is: my second - and far better shaped - Starflower Mandala (Pattern from Zootyowl)! I love it! It will be the big part of my living room wall decoration. The second part is the Rainbow Mandala from my prior posting. Third one is following.

Anbei noch ein Bild - mit etwas besseren Lichtverhältnissen.

Nach Beendigung habe ich das Mandala auf unserer Couch festgesteckt (ja, auf unserer Couch, das funktioniert sehr gut für mich :-)), mit Sprühstärke eingesprüht und trocknen lassen. Danach war es mir allerdings nicht steif genug um als Wanddeko an eine MDF-Platte geklebt zu werde, so dass ich zu härteren Mitteln greifen musste. Es wurde dann also noch mit Textilsteif aus dem Wollladen eingepinselt und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Ich bin so aufgeregt!!! Ein Mandala noch und es wird einen großen Tadaaaaah!-Moment in unserem Wohnzimmer geben - hoffentlich... :-)

After finishing off i pinned the mandala on the couch (yes, couch - that works for me :-)), sprayed it with ironing starch and let it dry. But that big round thing seemed still quite loose for wall hanging, so i decided to work with some hardcore fabric stiffener and it really turned out great. It's all in shape and ready for it's job as wall decoration. I'm so excited!!! One more mandala and then there will be a huge Tadaaaaah!-Moment in our living room - hopefully... :-)
